Guy Cassiers directed Bloed & rozen, a new play written by Tom Lanoye specially for the Festival d’Avignon 2011. The leading roles are performed by Abke Haring as Joan of Arc and Johan Leysen as Gilles de Rais. Benjamin Verdonck made the idiosyncratic DISISIT with Toneelhuis and KVS. The dates of the Dutch Theatre Festival are August 30th to September 9th 2012. Details of performance dates, etc. will be published in due course.
